The main telephone contact number for BNC at both locations is (201) 668-1001. You will be provided with the direct contact phone number for your clinician once your care is established. Clinicians each maintain a confidential 24-hour, time-stamped voice mail service for messages. We make every attempt to check messages regularly during the week and return calls within 24 hours. Clinicians typically do not check voice mail messages after 6pm during the week, or on weekends unless they have made specific arrangements to do so. If your clinician is unavailable for an extended period, you will be provided with the name of a colleague to contact if necessary. However, in the event of an emergency, call 911 or your local police department.
